Laszlo NagyandClaude Opus 5.5 97267ef649 feat: LIBEXECDIR install variable ...

Arch Linux has no /usr/libexec and patches install.sh to put Bear's
helpers under /usr/lib/bear instead. Let LIBEXECDIR choose the parent
of the bear/ directory (default $PREFIX/libexec). It is an absolute,
on-system path like PREFIX: DESTDIR is prepended, and the entry script
embeds it. No build-time setting is needed, because bear-driver finds
bear-wrapper and the preload library relative to itself.

The test installs into a relocated layout and checks that the preload
library still loads there.

A trailing slash is dropped, so the entry script never ships a
doubled slash in the driver path.
