Max Rees ee76df4377 maildir: force msgstore flag replacement ...

In 5f91f4ff7d ("msgstore: preserve message flags on header updates")
it became required to pass ReplaceFlags: true to worker MessageInfo
messages in order to fully set the flags provided instead of merging
them.

This causes a bug for maildir: once aerc observes a maildir message has
the Seen flag set, then the effect of unsetting it (whether manually by
the user within aerc or by manipulation external to aerc) will never be
visible within the message list: the message remains Seen, though the
directory list will update its unread count. This bug is not unique to
the Seen flag; any flag will exhibit this stuck-on behavior.

Maildir is different from IMAP in that the flags of each message are
always known, so it is best to always replace the flags rather than
attempting to merge them.
