inwit 4b49c933b1 notmuch: add folder-map support ...

Allow users to remap physical maildir directory names to custom
display names in the notmuch backend, using the same folder-map
mechanism as imap and maildir.

The folder-map applies only to physical maildir directories. Query-map
and dynamic query folders pass through the folder mapper unchanged:
the middleware skips directory translation for entries with QueryRole.
If a maildir display name collides with an existing query folder name,
the maildir entry takes precedence in the directory store.
