Ellie Huxtable 8abe9d079e feat: make update a real subcommand (#3813 )

After this change, we no longer install atuin-update alongside atuin and
instead take the axo library, and use it as part of a new update
subcommand.

Once this is confirmed working, we can start working towards an auto
update

I've named them "nightly" in the config, because that makes it clear
that a new release ships ~every weekday

This directory contains vendored repositories.

Use vendor.sh to manage vendored repositories:

Usage:
  vendor/vendor.sh add <repo-url> <ref> [name]
  vendor/vendor.sh update <name> <ref>
  vendor/vendor.sh list

<ref> specifies which branch/tag/commit to check out in the vendored
repository.

<name> is the name of the subdirectory in 'vendor/'. By default, it is
inferred from the repository URL.

Vendored repositories are recorded in 'vendor/.repositories.json'.

add and update stage their changes; review them and commit.
