Ellie Huxtable 097f85e6bb feat(client): enable pty-proxy via config (#3828) ...

Adds a `[pty_proxy] enabled` config setting. When set, `atuin init`
emits the pty-proxy exec preamble first, so the proxy starts without a
separate `atuin pty-proxy init` line in shell config.

- Guarded by `ATUIN_PTY_PROXY_ACTIVE`, so we won't get nested sessions
- Unsupported shells (xonsh, powershell) or builds without pty-proxy
warn on stderr instead of emitting shell code
- Docs updated to present the config option as the primary method
