Ellie Huxtable a48280104b feat(client): enable pty-proxy via config ...

Adds a [pty_proxy] enabled setting. When set, atuin init starts the
proxy itself — no separate shell init line needed. Coexists safely
with an existing standalone pty-proxy init line.
