Tamir Duberstein f0711c757d docs: pin external source citations ...

Pin citations of external implementations to GitHub commits with
nine-digit SHAs so the referenced code stays stable. Preserve versioned
sources and select historical revisions for moving example links.

Correct the libbpf helper-probe line range and remove an unused LSM
reference from the BTF tracepoint documentation.
