Pull request description:

  Changes `getbalances` to report the sum of txos spent by transactions that aren't confirmed nor in the mempool (eg due to being part of too long a mempool chain, or spending non-standard outputs, or having a datacarrier output that exceeds `-datacarriersize`, etc). Those values are added to the trusted/untrusted_pending/immature/used fields as appropriate (where previously they were skipped), and subtracted from the new nonmempool field, so that the sum of all fields remains the same.

Pull request description:

  `MockableDatabase` was introduced for the tests to avoid tying non-database tests to a particular database type. However, since the only database type now is sqlite, and because the mockable behavior is no longer used by the tests, we can replace usage of the `MockabeDatabase` with a SQLite database that lives only in memory.

  This is particularly useful for future work that has the wallet make use of SQLite's capabilities more, which are less conducive to having a separate mock database implementation.

Pull request description:

  This drops our dependency on `boost::signals2`, leaving `boost::multi_index` as the only remaining boost dependency for bitcoind.

  `boost::signals2` is a complex beast, but we only use a small portion of it. Namely: it's a way for multiple subscribers to connect to the same event, and the ability to later disconnect individual subscribers from that event.

  `btcsignals` adheres to the subset of the `boost::signals2` API that we currently use, and thus is a drop-in replacement. Rather than implementing a complex `slot` tracking class that we never used anyway (and which was much more useful in the days before std::function existed), callbacks are simply wrapped directly in `std::function`s.

  The new tests work with either `boost::signals2` or the new `btcsignals` implementation. Reviewers can verify
  functional equivalency by running the tests in the commit that introduces them against `boost::signals2`, then again with `btcsignals`.

  The majority of the commits in this PR are preparation and cleanup. Once `boost::signals2` is no longer needed, it is removed from depends. Additionally, a few CMake targets no longer need boost includes as they were previously only required for signals.

  I think this is actually pretty straightforward to review. I kept things simple, including keeping types unmovable/uncopyable where possible rather than trying to define those semantics. In doing so, the new implementation has even fewer type requirements than boost, which I believe is due to a boost bug. I've opened a PR upstream for that to attempt to maintain parity between the implementations.

Ava Chow 59484e2fdb wallet: Make Mockable{Database,Batch} subclasses of SQLite classes
The mocking functionality of MockableDatabase, MockableBatch, and
MockableCursor was not really being used. These are changed to be
subclasses of their respective SQLite* classes and will use in-memory
SQLite databases so that the tests are more representative of actual
database behavior.

MockableCursor is removed as there are no overrides needed in
SQLiteCursor for the tests.

Pull request description:

  Fixes #31744

  Reuse `secure_allocator` for `AES256_ctx` in the aes 256 encrypters and decrypters and the `iv` of `AES256CBC` encrypters and decrypters. These classes are relevant to `CCrypter`, used for encrypting wallets, and my understanding is that if an attacker knows some or all of the contents of these data structures (`AES256_ctx` & `iv`) they might be able to decrypt a user's wallet.

   Presently the `secure_allocator` tries to protect sensitive data with `mlock()` on POSIX systems and `VirtualLock()` on Windows to prevent memory being paged to disk, and by zero'ing out memory contents on deallocation with `memory_cleanse()` which is similar to `OPENSSL_cleanse()` by scaring compilers away from optimizing `memset` calls on non-Windows systems, and using `SecureZeroMemory()` on Windows.

Pull request description:

  This is an alternative to #34293, but aims to address the remaining logging inconsistencies more broadly.
  It extends the example fixed there to every instance, restores the original separator behavior, applies it consistently via a single helper, and adds tests for `logips` (covering both current and new behavior).

  ### Problem
  After #28521 centralized peer address logging into `CNode::LogIP()`, the original comma separator before `peeraddr=` was lost, resulting in inconsistent formatting across net (and recent private broadcast) logs.
  Some lines also had double spaces, empty fields, or mismatched format specifiers.

  ### Fix
  Introduces `CNode::LogPeer(bool)` which always emits `peer=<id>` and, when `-logips=1`, appends `, peeraddr=<addr>`. This eliminates hand-rolled separators and makes peer identification predictable.
  Minor issues (double spaces, empty placeholders, format specifiers) are fixed along the way in separate commits.

  ### Reproducer
  Run with `-debug=net -logips=1` and observe peer log lines now show `peer=<id>, peeraddr=<addr>` (comma-separated). The new assertion in `feature_logging.py` automates this check.

  This is useful for future PRs I'm working on where we need to be sure about what data exists in a tx record in descriptor wallets.

David Gumberg 9a15872516 wallet: Make encryption derivation clock mockable
Adds a special case where if the elapsed time during measurement of DKF
performance is 0, the default derive iterations are used so that
behavior is stable for testing and benchmarks.

Ava Chow 98e8af4bb9 wallet: Drain validation interface queue after notifications disconnect
When unloading a wallet, there may be unexecuted callbacks in the
validation interface queue that can still execute after we have
completed all of the other wallet shutdown tasks. Instead of letting
these run in the background, once the notifications are disconnected,
wait for the queue to drain before continuing with wallet shutdown.

rkrux c6a6435ced wallet: remove DBErrors::NEED_REWRITE enum value
As highlighted in the PR review comment, this enum seems no longer
required as the specific issue it solves for involves BDB based wallets
that can't be loaded anymore outside the context of wallet migration,
which rewrites the database anyway.

Pull request description:

  This PR is mostly a refactor which splits out logic used for creating wallets and for loading wallets, both of which are presently contained in `CWallet::Create()` into `CWallet::CreateNew()` and `CWallet::LoadExisting()`

  The real win of this PR is that `CWallet::Create()` uses a very bad heuristic for trying to guess whether or not it is supposed to be creating a new wallet or loading an existing wallet:

  This heuristic assumes that wallets with no `ScriptPubKeyMans` are being created, which sounds reasonable, but as demonstrated in #32112 and #32111, this can happen when the user tries to load a wallet file that is corrupted, both issues are fixed by this PR and any other misbehavior for wallet files which succeeded the broken heuristic's sniff test for new wallets.

  It was already the case that every caller of `CWallet::Create()` knows whether it is creating a wallet or loading one, so we can avoid replacing this bad heuristic with another one, and just shift the burden to the caller.

This is undocumented and unspecified Boost behavior that happens to work as
intended for now, but could break at any point in the future.

Pull request description:

  `std::bind` has many issues:

  * It is verbose in a meaningless way
  * Overriden args are silently accepted and dropped at runtime without a compile error. Same for accidental duplicates.

  One could use `std::bind_front` similar to commit fa267551c4. Though, I think the remaining cases are better off with lambdas.

  So do that here, and enable the `modernize-avoid-bind` clang-tidy rule to avoid `std::bind` bugs in the future.

Pull request description:

  `removeprunedfunds` removes all entries from `mapTxSpends` for the inputs of the pruned tx. However, this is incorrect, because there could be multiple entries from conflicting transactions (that shouldn't be removed as well). This could lead to the wallet creating invalid transactions, trying to double spend utxos.
  The bug persists when the conflicting tx was mined, because the wallet trusts its internal accounting instead of calling `AddToSpends` again.

  The added test should fail on master.

Lőrinc a73a3ec553 doc: fix invalid arg name hints for bugprone validation
The extra leading `=` or missing trailing `=` prevented clang-tidy's `bugprone-argument-comment` check from validating the parameter name, as it only matches comments formatted strictly as `/*arg=*/` (see https://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/bugprone/argument-comment.html).

Therefore, we shouldn't allow creating new unnamed wallets. `createwallet`, `restorewallet`, and the wallet tool's `create` and `createfromdump` all now require the user to provide a non-empty wallet name when creating/restoring a wallet.

  The GUI is already enforcing this, but we were not enforcing it for RPCs or in the underlying `CreateWallet` and `RestoreWallet` functions.

  Wallet migration does still need to be able to restore unnamed wallets, so there is a new argument to `RestoreWallet` to explicitly allow that behavior for migration only.

  To improve privacy, broadcast locally submitted transactions (from the `sendrawtransaction` RPC) to the P2P network only via Tor or I2P short-lived connections, or to IPv4/IPv6 peers but through the Tor network.

  * Introduce a new connection type for private broadcast of transactions with the following properties:
    * started whenever there are local transactions to be sent
    * opened to Tor or I2P peers or IPv4/IPv6 via the Tor proxy
    * opened regardless of max connections limits
    * after handshake is completed one local transaction is pushed to the peer, `PING` is sent and after receiving `PONG` the connection is closed
    * ignore all incoming messages after handshake is completed (except `PONG`)

  * Broadcast transactions submitted via `sendrawtransaction` using this new mechanism, to a few peers. Keep doing this until we receive back this transaction from one of our ordinary peers (this takes about 1 second on mainnet).

  * The transaction is stored in peerman and does not enter the mempool.

  * Once we get an `INV` from one of our ordinary peers, then the normal flow executes: we request the transaction with `GETDATA`, receive it with a `TX` message, put it in our mempool and broadcast it to all our existent connections (as if we see it for the first time).

  * After we receive the full transaction as a `TX` message, in reply to our `GETDATA` request, only then consider the transaction has propagated through the network and remove it from the storage in peerman, ending the private broadcast attempts.

  The messages exchange should look like this:

  Whenever a new transaction is received from `sendrawtransaction` RPC, the node will send it to a few (`NUM_PRIVATE_BROADCAST_PER_TX`) recipients right away. If after some time we still have not heard anything about the transaction from the network, then it will be sent to 1 more peer (see `PeerManagerImpl::ReattemptPrivateBroadcast()`).

  A few considerations:
  * The short-lived private broadcast connections are very cheap and fast wrt network traffic. It is expected that some of those peers could blackhole the transaction. Just one honest/proper peer is enough for successful propagation.
  * The peers that receive the transaction could deduce that this is initial transaction broadcast from the transaction originator. This is ok, they can't identify the sender.

Pull request description:

  Minimal fix for #34128.

  The issue occurs during the migration of a legacy unnamed wallet
  (the legacy "default" wallet). When the migration fails, the cleanup
  logic is triggered to roll back the state, which involves erasing the
  newly created descriptor wallets directories. Normally, this only
  affects the parent directories of named wallets, since they each
  reside in their own directories. However, because the unnamed
  wallet resides directly in the top-level `/wallets/` folder, this
  logic accidentally deletes the main directory.

  The fix ensures that only the wallet.dat file of the unnamed wallet
  is touched and restored, preserving the wallet in BDB format and
  leaving the main `/wallets/` directory intact.

  #### Story Line:
  #32273 fixed a different set of issues and, in doing so, uncovered
  this one.
  Before the mentioned PR, backups were stored in the same directory
  as the wallet.dat file. On a migration failure, the backup was then
  copied to the top-level `/wallets/` directory. For the unnamed legacy
  wallet, the wallet directory is the `/wallets/` directory, so the source
  and destination paths were identical. As a result, we threw early in the
  `fs::copy_file` call ([here](https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/29.x/src/wallet/wallet.cpp#L4572)) because the file already existed, as we
  were trying to copy the file onto itself. This caused the cleanup logic
  to abort early on and never reach the removal line.

  #### Testing Notes:
  Cherry-pick the test commit on top of master and run it. You will
  see the failure and realize the reason by reading the test code.

furszy 82caa8193a wallet: migration, fix watch-only and solvables wallets names
Because the default wallet has no name, the watch-only and solvables
wallets created during migration end up having no name either.

This fixes it by applying the same prefix name we use for the backup
file for an unnamed default wallet.

furszy d70b159c42 wallet: improve post-migration logging
Right now, after migration the last message users see is "migration completed",
but the migration isn't actually finished yet. We still need to load the new wallets
to ensure consistency, and if that fails, the migration will be rolled back. This
can be confusing for users.

This change logs the post-migration loading step and if a wallet fails to load and
the migration will be rolled back.

furszy f4c7e28e80 wallet: fix unnamed wallet migration failure
When migrating any legacy unnamed wallet, a failed migration would
cause the cleanup logic to remove its parent directory. Since this
type of legacy wallet lives directly in the main '/wallets/' folder,
this resulted in unintentionally erasing all wallets, including the
backup file.

To be fully safe, we will no longer call `fs::remove_all`. Instead,
we only erase the individual db files we have created, leaving
everything else intact. The created wallets parent directories are
erased only if they are empty.
As part of this last change, `RestoreWallet` was modified to allow
an existing directory as the destination, since we no longer remove
the original wallet directory (we only remove the files we created
inside it). This also fixes the restore of top-level default wallets
during failures, which were failing due to the directory existence
check that always returns true for the /wallets/ directory.

This bug started after:

Previously, the `fs::copy_file` call was failing for top-level wallets,
which prevented the `fs::remove_all` call from being reached.

furszy 4ed0693a3f wallet: RestoreWallet failure, erase only what was created
Track what RestoreWallet creates so only those files and directories
are removed during a failure and nothing else. Preexisting paths
must be left untouched.

Note:
Using fs::remove_all() instead of fs::remove() in RestoreWallet does
not cause any problems currently, but the change is necessary for the
next commit which extends RestoreWallet to work with existing directories,
which may contain files that must not be deleted.

Vasil Dimov a3faa6f944 node: extend node::TxBroadcast with a 3rd option
Extend `node::TxBroadcast` with a 3rd option to not add the
transaction to the mempool and broadcast privately.

This is a non-functional change - `BroadcastTransaction()` will not
do anything if the 3rd options is passed and is not used by any of
its callers.

Ryan Ofsky 4dfe383912 refactor: Convert ChainstateRole enum to struct
Change ChainstateRole parameter passed to wallets and indexes. Wallets and
indexes need to know whether chainstate is historical and whether it is fully
validated. They should not be aware of the assumeutxo snapshot validation
process.

Lőrinc d9319b06cf refactor: unify container presence checks - non-trivial counts
The changes made here were:

| `m.count(k) == 1` | `m.contains(k)`  |
| `m.count(k) == 0` | `!m.contains(k)` |
| `m.count(k) != 1` | `!m.contains(k)` |
| `m.count(k) < 1`  | `!m.contains(k)` |

* `mapInfo` is instance of `std::unordered_map` and can only contain 0 or 1 value for a given key;
* similarly, `g_enabled_filter_types` and `setClientRules` are both `std::set` instances;
* lastly, while `mapTxSpends` is `std::unordered_multimap` that could potentially hold multiple values, having a size less than 1 means that the value is missing.

`QMap<WalletModel*, WalletView*> mapWalletViews` values were also migrated manually.
