Cursor Agent db355f5e11 docs(ce-polish): install riffrec from GitHub pinned to bff7ffe5; mount live={{}} ...

riffrec main now ships refreshed dist/ with live types and a fragment-gated
autoStart default, so the mount snippet returns to the I5 form and the git
install pinned to RIFFREC_MIN_COMMIT becomes the primary path. The npm
version range is the documented future switch, not a gating placeholder.
