- ce-compound-refresh investigate.md: keep the check result out of the
  learning only as a checked date or status, so an Update that corrects a
  contradicted claim stays allowed by classify.md.
- classify.md: drop the restated product-code boundary SKILL.md owns.
- bun learning: state the removal condition with search anchors instead
  of an incomplete list of files.
- tests: pin each refresh rule's own paragraph with its ownership or safe
  direction, and check the template line per track.
