Two evidence-decision bullets still said "pass via focus: context"
after the ce-pr-description refactor dropped the formal focus:
keyword in favor of free-text steering. Matches the existing wording
elsewhere in this file (DU-3 already says "steering text") and
matches the ce-pr-description skill's current input contract.
