Trevin Chow 6769f290fd fix(ce-compound): have Solution Extractor read schema.yaml for track classification ...

The Solution Extractor runs in parallel with the Context Analyzer and
needs to independently determine the bug/knowledge track. Explicitly
instruct it to read schema.yaml rather than relying on inline inference.
