Trevin Chow 302b723684 feat: add plan and draft proofread skill for configurable style guide editing 
Replaces the hardcoded every-style-editor with a configurable proofread
skill that supports any style guide via .local.md config, document type
classification, and three output modes (direct edit, Proof comments,
summary). Also plans a companion create-style-guide skill.
