Trevin Chow c9f9061f7b fix(git-commit-push-pr): specify correct path for version badge plugin.json lookup ...

The VERSION placeholder in the badge table referenced `plugin.json` without
the `.claude-plugin/` subdirectory, causing agents to look for the file at
the plugin root instead of `.claude-plugin/plugin.json`. Also adds a
`latest` fallback when the file is inaccessible.

Applies the same fix to ce-work and ce-work-beta which share the pattern.
