Trevin ChowandClaude Opus 4.6 7309ce6017 fix(mcp): remove bundled context7 MCP server from compound-engineering
Context7 was force-loaded for all plugin users but added friction
(API key setup, rate-limit issues, auto-load bugs) without enough
value to justify bundling. Users who want it can add it themselves.

- Delete .mcp.json
- Remove mcpServers from claude and cursor plugin manifests
- Remove MCP Servers section, Known Issues, and stray auth line from README
- Handle missing .mcp.json gracefully in countMcpServers
