Trevin Chow ce719005f6 fix: validate marketplace versions against release-please manifest 
Pass marketplace versions from the release-please manifest into
syncReleaseMetadata so CI catches version drift in both
.claude-plugin/marketplace.json and .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json.
Previously these were only validated when componentVersions was
explicitly provided, which validate.ts never did.
