Trevin Chow 2fe9a7df03 fix(tests): typecheck src, scripts, and tests in CI ...

Nothing ran tsc, so type errors in scripts/ and tests/ reached main. Add a
typescript devDependency and `bun run typecheck` over src, scripts, and
tests (eval fixtures excluded), run it in the required CI test job, and fix
the existing errors, including Grade.result_must_not_include, the PiPaths
fixture, and OpenCode MCP fixtures that had drifted from their types.
