Trevin Chow 6357c2b339 refactor(agent-descriptions): trim top 7 by ~25% ...

Agent descriptions load at session start as part of the Agent tool's
subagent_type parameter docs in the Claude Code system prompt. The 7
longest agent descriptions in this plugin held redundant clauses that
restated the routing trigger, listed file types in unnecessary
granularity, or carried operational notes that belong in the agent
body rather than the routing description.

Trimmed each while preserving the routing-relevant trigger conditions
(file-type lists for code-review personas, threshold conditions for
document-review personas, and use-case enumerations for researchers).
Operational details ("always surfaces the workspace identity",
"supports time-based queries for conversational use") moved out of
the description.

Aggregate: 2,498 -> 1,879 chars across the 7 agents.
