Trevin Chow 25cd6ae2be chore(config): commit example config for dogfooding ...

/ce-setup expects every repo using the plugin to have the example
config checked in so teammates see available settings. The plugin's
own repo had never had it, so check-health flagged a false-positive
"Example config missing" every time. Bootstrap it here by copying
the current template.
