Trevin Chow f493415c80 fix(models): target Claude Opus 5.5 for peer reviews and the opus alias ...

The Claude peer route in ce-code-review, ce-doc-review, and ce-pov now
runs claude-opus-5-5 instead of claude-opus-5. The converter's bare
`opus` alias resolves to claude-opus-5-5 instead of claude-opus-4-8,
and that id joins the models that reject sampling params. Config docs
use the new id as the example full id.
