Cursor AgentandTrevin Chow 66ed272216 fix(ci): re-run TimeoutError-only files even when later tests passed ...

The wedge-tail check never matched the bun defect this wrapper exists to
recover. PR 1680 CI timed out, then passed later tests in the same files,
so the re-run did not fire. Treat TimeoutError-only first-pass failures as
the lost-child-exit shape, keep the first result when any assertion or
error is present, and pass caller options through on the serial re-run.
