Trevin ChowandClaude Opus 4.7 18b946e321 fix(ce-proof): drop "proof this doc" from HITL direct-request examples ...

The description's negative clause excludes bare "proof this doc" as a
proofread request, but the HITL Review Mode section still listed it as
a direct-request example — an internal contradiction that could route
copy-editing asks into the Proof upload flow. Swap in a clearer
"open this in proof editor so I can review" example that unambiguously
invokes the shared-editor surface.
