Trevin Chow 6841d9a205 fix(ce-worktree): preserve spaces in GIT_ROOT, fix slash-branch env copy ...

Address two PR #631 review issues:

- `awk '{print $2}'` truncated paths containing spaces (e.g. a checkout
  at `/Users/alice/repo with space` resolved to `/Users/alice/repo`).
  Switch to `sed -n 's/^worktree //p' | head -n 1`, which preserves the
  rest of the line verbatim.

- The SKILL.md troubleshooting snippet for manually copying .env files
  used `cp ../../.env* ./` from inside the worktree, which only works
  for flat branch names. Slashed branches like `feat/login` land at
  `.worktrees/feat/login/`, so `../../` resolves to `.worktrees/` rather
  than the repo root. Rewrite the instruction to run from the main repo
  using `cp .env* .worktrees/<branch>/`, which is unambiguous regardless
  of branch-name depth.
