Research artifacts named in the prompt (social-research reports, survey
exports, analytics dumps) now have defined Phase 1 handling in all
modes: an extraction-tier agent distills them into a scratch evidence
dossier with source attribution preserved, only the gist enters the
grounding summary, and a directive-vs-evidence routing test keeps them
in the evidence layer instead of <constraints>. Supplied research
enriches web research rather than replacing it.

Verified with two skill-creator eval rounds (3 scenarios, baseline vs
updated): assertion pass rate 62% -> 100%.
