intake.md and final-review.md still let pipeline mode force a new canonical
plan path after the output-format override was removed, so lfg could
duplicate a requirements-only plan instead of enriching it in place.
The requirements-only eval cell now accepts only phrases that assert the
brainstorm boundary; the sandbox already guarantees an unchanged tree. The
grader's field terminator now closes a block on every label shape the
opener accepts, in any case after the first capital, so evidence under a
later sentence-case label cannot satisfy an earlier field.
