Trevin ChowandClaude Opus 4.6 b1537685f0 fix: remove rclone, agent-browser, lint, and bug-reproduction-validator ...

Drop skills and agents that aren't pulling their weight. rclone and
agent-browser are niche enough that users who need them can install
standalone tooling. lint and bug-reproduction-validator saw no skill
references and added maintenance surface without clear value.
