Apply the ce-compound preconditions from #1624 to the existing docs/solutions/ store: 89 learnings become 55. Deleted docs held knowledge already stated in AGENTS.md, a test, a code comment, or a skill reference, or described retired mechanisms. Merged docs fold into one home each (native-plugin-install-strategy, manual-release-please-github-releases, and paired-old-vs-new-injection-skill-evals for eval methodology). Trimmed docs keep only measured facts, cross-file invariants, and rejected alternatives. Every live citation was repointed; a test comment and one example slug in the ce-compound-refresh guide and reference now point at surviving docs.
