The prose-presence tests assert each skill's SKILL.md contains the
verification_evidence field independently, so both stay green if the
producer (ce-work) renames a field or the consumer (lfg) gate stops
requiring it. Add a parity test that scopes assertions to each owning
section and cross-checks a shared facts map, so one-sided drift across
the seam fails. Verified by injecting a one-sided rename and confirming
the test goes red.
