Premise-strength critique without a named concrete consequence now lands
at anchor 50 (FYI) rather than 75 (actionable). A/B evaluation surfaced
inflation at the 50/75 boundary on large plans; grounded premise
challenges with explicit consequences correctly remain actionable.
