Because: - We want to make our deployment more flexible and more explicit. This Commit: - Stop triggering deployment on CircleCI completion. It's now up to the engineer. - Create a yarn command that makes tagging a release easy and less error prone - Create a yarn command that makes triggering a docker push easy and less error prone - Create a yarn command that makes running smoke tests on release easy and less error prone. polish(deployment): Create claude skill to aid deployments
