gitk: i18n: use "Gitk" as package name in POT file

Use "Gitk" instead of the placeholder "PACKAGE" in the header of the
generated po/gitk.pot file. In particular, the "Project-Id-Version"
field in the header entry should be set to:

    "Project-Id-Version: Gitk\n"

New PO files generated from this POT file will inherit that package
name.
