AnomalRoil fa61fbcdbd fix(ls): Hide template-only folders from flat listing (#3650) ...

Templates were inserted into the tree as leaves, so a folder holding only
a .pass-template showed up as an entry in `gopass ls -flat` and was
marked as shadowed in the tree view. Insert them as folders instead.

Also isolate TestShowParseArgsClipLine from the user's gopass config.
