Bjørn Erik PedersenandClaude Fable 5.1 a374b865f7 Fix stale page content when several files in the same dir change in one batch ...

The pages collector deduped partial rebuild walks on the parent directory,
so only the first changed file in a directory was recollected. The others
kept their old parse positions while their source bytes were re-read,
yielding truncated content or slice bounds panics.

Fixes #15330
