Mohamed Bassem 7240691dc2 fix(web): port shadcn v4 button styles (#3171) ...

- button: built-in gap-2 between icon and label, 16px icons by default
  (explicit size-* classes win), tighter padding when a button has an
  icon, outline shadow and dark fill, softer ghost hover in dark mode
- drop the manual icon margins (mr-2/mr-1/ml-2) the gap now replaces
- pin icons that weren't 16px (size props, h-3/h-3.5, bare 24px icons)
  to their current size so nothing shrinks
- keep the custom padding/background of buttons that override them
