Replace the remote SwiftUI-MediaPicker package dependency with a local copy
of upstream tag 0.2.0 (96f18b1350873dec0a76355c7060cd0a06100901) in
Packages/SwiftUI-MediaPicker, so we can fix bugs in it locally.

Sources, tests, Package.swift and the MIT LICENSE are copied unmodified;
the upstream demo app is omitted.
