The WinRT notification callback accessed m_applications while the main thread could be clearing it in loadApplications() (triggered by configChanged, which the callback itself calls when it adds a new app). Move checkApplicationName() and checkIsInBlacklist() into the lambda queued to the main thread. Also make checkIsInBlacklist() handle applications not present in the list.
