Peter CottleandClaude Fable 5 608ed8d465 bump pages actions to current majors, ship generatedDocs/levels.html ...

configure-pages@v6, upload-pages-artifact@v5, deploy-pages@v5 (the v4/v5
ones still targeted Node 20, which the runner now flags as deprecated).
Also copy generatedDocs/ into build/ in CI mode so levels.html stays
reachable at /generatedDocs/levels.html like it was on the gh-pages branch.
