Replace SET_LATE_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() with its modern
LATE_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() alternative.
The combined usage of pm_sleep_ptr() and LATE_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() allows
the compiler to evaluate if the runtime suspend/resume() functions
are used at build time or are simply dead code.
This allows removing the __maybe_unused notation from the runtime
suspend/resume() functions.

The generic pinctrl-scmi.c driver could not be used for i.MX95 because
i.MX95 SCMI firmware not supports functions, groups or generic
'Pin Configuration Type and Enumerations' listed in SCMI Specification.
i.MX95 System Control Management Interface(SCMI) firmware only supports
below pin configuration types which are OEM specific types:
192: PIN MUX
193: PIN CONF
194: DAISY ID
195: DAISY VAL
To Support fsl, pins property together with SCMI OEM protocol, add this
driver.

Add MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(), so the module could be properly autoloaded
based on the alias from of_device_id table. Pin controllers are
considered core components, so usually they are built-in, however these
can be built and used as modules on some generic kernel.

The 'fsl,mxs-gpio' property is not documented in gpio-mxs.yaml, but
the imx23 and imx28 dtsi describe the gpios as:
compatible = "fsl,imx28-gpio", "fsl,mxs-gpio";
This gives schema warnings like:
imx28-cfa10037.dtb: pinctrl@80018000: gpio@0:compatible: ['fsl,imx28-gpio', 'fsl,mxs-gpio'] is too long
from schema $id: http://devicetree.org/schemas/gpio/gpio-mxs.yaml#
"fsl,mxs-gpio" is only used inside pinctrl-mxs, but can be removed if
the compatible check is done against fsl,imx23-gpio and fsl,imx28-gpio.
Introduce is_mxs_gpio() and remove the need for "fsl,mxs-gpio".
Tested on a imx28-evk.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

No instance of "struct imx_pinctrl_soc_info" sets '.generic_pinconf =
true', so all of this is effectively dead code.
To make it easier to understand the actual code, remove all the unused
cruft. This effectively reverts a5cadbbb08 ("pinctrl: imx: add
generic pin config core support").
It was only in use by a single SOC (imx7ulp) for a few releases, and
the commit message of dbffda08f0 ("pinctrl: fsl: imx7ulp: change to
use imx legacy binding") suggests that it won't be used in the
future. Certainly no new user has appeared in 20+ releases, and should
the need arise, this can be dug out of git history again.

Defines prefixed with "CONFIG" should be limited to proper Kconfig options,
that are introduced in a Kconfig file.
Here, expressions to convert pin configurations to booleans for pull-up,
voltage and mA are macro definitions that begin with "CONFIG".
To avoid defines prefixed with "CONFIG", rename these defines to begin with
"PIN_CONFIG" instead.

Use function callbacks for SCU related functions in pinctrl-imx.c
in order to support the scenario of PINCTRL_IMX is built in while
PINCTRL_IMX_SCU is built as module, all drivers using SCU pinctrl
driver need to initialize the SCU related function callback, and
no need to check CONFIG_PINCTRL_IMX_SCU anymore, hence stub functions
also can be removed.

Core changes:
- The GPIO patch "gpiolib: Introduce for_each_requested_gpio_in_range()
macro" was put in an immutable branch and merged into the pinctrl
tree as well. We see these changes also here.
- Improved debug output for pins used as GPIO.
New drivers:
- Ocelot Sparx5 SoC driver.
- Intel Emmitsburg SoC subdriver.
- Intel Tiger Lake-H SoC subdriver.
- Qualcomm PM660 SoC subdriver.
- Renesas SH-PFC R8A774E1 subdriver.
Driver improvements:
- Linear improvement and cleanups of the Intel drivers for
Cherryview, Lynxpoint, Baytrail etc. Improved locking among other
things.
- Renesas SH-PFC has added support for RPC pins, groups, and
functions to r8a77970 and r8a77980.
- The newere Freescale (now NXP) i.MX8 pin controllers have been
modularized. This is driven by the Google Android GKI initiative I
think.
- Open drain support for pins on the Qualcomm IPQ4019.
- The Ingenic driver can handle both edges IRQ detection.
- A big slew of documentation fixes all over the place.
- A few irqchip template conversions by yours truly.
