David Matlack 61cbfe5014 vfio: selftests: Add iommufd mode ...

Add a new IOMMU mode for using iommufd directly. In this mode userspace
opens /dev/iommu and binds it to a device FD acquired through
/dev/vfio/devices/vfioX.
