Miguel Ojeda 0f906882eb scripts: decode_stacktrace: demangle Rust symbols 
[ Upstream commit 99115db4ec ]

Recent versions of both Binutils (`c++filt`) and LLVM (`llvm-cxxfilt`)
provide Rust v0 mangling support.
