Hans Verkuil 813dacdda8 media: visl: check if ctx->tpg_str_buf allocation failed ...

The result of ctx->tpg_str_buf = kzalloc(TPG_STR_BUF_SZ, GFP_KERNEL); was
never checked. Add this.
