Julian BrahaandAndrew Jeffery bc13f14f5c soc: aspeed: cleanup dead default for ASPEED_SOCINFO
The same kconfig 'default' statement appears twice for ASPEED_SOCINFO,
which is unnecessary.

This dead code was found by kconfirm, a static analysis tool for Kconfig.
