Masahiro Yamada 872e24d5c6 hexagon: remove asm/bitsperlong.h ...

Remove hexagon-specific bitsperlong.h so that it falls back to
include/uapi/asm-generic/bitsperlong.h

Kbuild will automatically create a wrapper of it.
