Srinivas Pandruvada ee69d9e32b tools/power/x86/intel-speed-select: v1.26 release ...

This version includes the following changes:
- Setting current base frequency as maximum for SST-BF with
kernel QOS changes
- Harmonize extended family decoded with the rest of the kernel
- Minor changes for error codes and messages
