Jesse Agate d07e142641 drm/amd/display: Incorrect Mirror Cositing ...

[WHY]
hinit/vinit are incorrect in the case of mirroring.

[HOW]
Cositing sign must be flipped when image is mirrored in the vertical
or horizontal direction.
