Pull misc fixes from Andrew Morton: "12 hotfixes. 6 are cc:stable. 9 are for MM. There's a two-patch series from Nico which fixes a couple of PMD level mTHP accounting bugs and a two-patch series from Chris Gellermann which addresses mishandling of getline() in selftests.
