Randy Dunlap b881c6cbb3 Staging: fix wireless drivers depends ...

These drivers can (erroneously) be enabled even when
CONFIG_NET=n, CONFIG_NETDEVICES=n, CONFIG_WLAN=n, etc.
Stop this.
