Kuninori Morimoto 5b50d3b526 usb: renesas_usbhs: fixup resume method for autonomy mode ...

If renesas_usbhs is probed as autonomy mode,
phy reset should be called after power resumed,
and manual cold-plug should be called with slight delay.
