Jesper Nilsson 4806f8bb8d CRIS: Export csum_partial_copy_nocheck ...

Allows that symbol to be used in modules, and fixes
the following on allmodconfig:

ERROR: "csum_partial_copy_nocheck" [net/ipv6/ipv6.ko] undefined!
