Eric BiggersandGreg Kroah-Hartman ed3044b9c8 sctp: Fix MAC comparison to be constant-time 
commit dd91c79e4f upstream.

To prevent timing attacks, MACs need to be compared in constant time.
Use the appropriate helper function for this.
